LPG types

The LPG group comprises various components including compression fittings and equipment used in plumbing design within the Low Pressure Gas discipline.

LPG_Adapter "Adapter" LPG Adapter — Straight Stem adapter fitting holds a filler nozzle adapter allowing the grooves to pass over when refilling gas tank.
LPG_Bush "Bush" LPG Bush — Hex pin connector fitting for gas piping socket end caps.
LPG_CapNut "Default" LPG Cap Nut — Hexagonal cap nut ideal for tight seal in tubing mechanism.
LPG_CompressionElbow "Bspfm" LPG Compression Elbow x Bspfm — Compression Elbow x Bsp female with a compression end branched in angle 45/90.
LPG_CompressionElbow "Bspm" LPG Compression Elbow x Bspm — Compression Elbow x Bsp male with a compression end branched in angle 45/90.

LPG_CopperOlives "Default" LPG Copper Olives — Pipes must be joined by LPG compression fittings, using copper olives inside the cone nuts.
LPG_Elbow "Female_Elbow" LPG Female Elbow — Elbow with branches fixed at 90 degree, end 1 is set default to female.
LPG_Elbow "Male_Elbow" LPG Male Elbow — Elbow with branches fixed at 90 degree, end 1 is set default to male.
LPG_Elbow "Union_Elbow" LPG Union Elbow — Elbow with branches fixed at 90 degree, both ends are set default to compression.
LPG_ElbowExtruded "ElbowExtruded" Elbow Extruded — Branch in 90 Degree Extruded bar Street Elbow Male and Female type is ideal for connecting lines for LP gases withstand high pressure flow. End can be set to function compression.
LPG_FemaleUnion "Default" LPG Female Union — Straight female union connector fitting with other compression end suitable to connect branched pipe or gas meter.
LPG_FlareDoubleUnion "Default" LPG Double Union — A double union compression nut that connects gas pipes at both ends.
LPG_FlareNuts "Default" LPG Flare Nut — Add on accessory designed to fit outlet valves suitable in fill line of gas feed. Used to flare the end of pipe in order to connect it to the outlet valve on a multi-hole tank.
LPG_GasDetectorRelay "default" LPG Gas Detector Relay — A protective device that gives an early indication of faults occurring in oil-filled conservator type power transformers. LPG gas alarm with relay output, to operate gas solenoid valves, link to systems or sound remote alarms. Fitted with short wiring tails and supplied with box for installation purposes. Input terminals for remote gas cut-off or alarm purposes.
LPG_GasMeter "Default" LPG Gas Meter — The LPG Flow Meter provides accurate readings of the flow with an absolute ease. Flowing gas is accelerated and conditioned at straightening vanes in the meter and the dynamic forces of flow to the turbine wheel rotate the rotor attached to the display.
LPG_Nipple "ReducingNipple" LPG Reducing Nipples — Solid brass pipe adapter with end fitting with tightening hex wrench.
LPG_Plug "Plug" LPG Plug — Drain plug to secure on the gas container, usually the tank outlet.
LPG_SingleUnion "Default" LPG Single Union — A union allows a connection in a pipe that can be opened up for service and then closed back up for a water tight seal.
LPG_Solder "DoubleUnion" LPG Solder Double Union — Female union fitting for connecting with pressure regulator.
LPG_Solder "SingleUnion" LPG Solder Single Union — Union fitting with one compression end, used for pressure regulator
LPG_SpecialCompressionHobFittings "Default" LPG Special Compression Hob Fittings — Special fittings, such as compression x Bspfm hob fitting with hex compression end for use with gas hobs, usually sealed with the use of the special fiber washer.
LPG_Tee "CompressionEqual" Compression Equal Tee — Compression end fitting for use on copper pipe, suitable for gas as well as central heating. When using barrier pipe, the tee can be used with pipe inserts both ends.
LPG_Tee "CompressionReducing" Compression Reducing Tee — Compression fitting consisting of a body with a built in stop for receiving the tube, a compression olive the same size as the pipe and a compression nut. The nut is then tightened, which compresses the olive onto the pipe creating the joint.
LPG_Tee "Female" Female Tee — Fitting with female end connection ideal for connecting gas pipes at ends of the tee.
LPG_ThreeWayTee "default" LPG Three-Way Tee — LPG Gas Compression tee pipe fitting connector with compression ends ideal for connecting more than one regulators or bifurcating supply at the juncture.
CompressionElbow "Bspfm" LPG Compression x Bspfm Type2 — Angular, compression Elbow x Bsp female with a compression end.

LPG Valves
LPG_BallValves "default" LPG Ball Valve — Gas Ball Valve comprises a brass ball and stem with both compression ends completes a perfect shutoff for all gas systems. It is light, compact and easy to install and operate using the wrench handle. Ideal for gas distribution. It is leak resistance and reduced risk of damage from over tightening.
LPG_GasShutOffValve "Default" LPG Gas Shut Off Valve — Shut off valve for on-off control of fuel gas in commercial and industrial gas burners. Unique double disc design with over-travel provides redundant sealing for leak tight shutoff. Flange adapters are provided for ease of installation and service
